Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Healthcare to support healthcare initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare, IT, and business teams to support project initiatives
- Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements
- Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities
- Prepare project documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and data analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus
