- Background in executive leadership, sales management, or business development
- Strong recruiting, relationship-building, and people-development skills
- Comfortable thinking and operating at a regional, multi-unit level
- Strategic and growth-minded with a focus on building and leading teams
- Experience managing or developing teams of independent operators or sales professionals a plus
- No prior experience in any specific industry required
