The Business Process Analyst will define, develop, and deliver technology solutions while overseeing automation-related requests and projects to enhance agent productivity and operational quality.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into functional specifications and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and ensure accuracy of business and technical requirements
- Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of requests and projects
- Coordinate delivery across teams, including QA, development, and releases
- Own release of features and functions, including coordinating QA and UAT testing as well as coordinating release with other applicable tools and teams
- Ensure solutions meet requirements through QA, UAT, and validation
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues impacting quality control processes
- Own subject matter expertise across systems and processes
- Establish and maintain standards, documentation, and process governance
- Drive issue resolution, solution validation, and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement
Skills
- Corporate travel experience with direct exposure to Travel Quality Systems and GDS scripting
- Proven hands-on experience with at least two GDS platforms (Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport Plus), including knowledge of industry practices and corporate travel standards
- Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively setting and managing expectations with internal and external partners
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time
