The Equipment Finance Associate will support loan origination, manage existing portfolios, and develop sales materials in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transactions from opportunity inception through booking
- Create marketing materials, term sheets, and market presentations
- Assist with pricing, credit approval preparation, document negotiation
- Support end-to-end relationship management including portfolio servicing and payoff requests
- Learn the credit culture of CIBC Bank USA in order to present appropriate credits for approval
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline and client/prospect records
- Engage with asset management and operations in the execution and original transactions as well as ongoing portfolio maintenance
Skills
- You have a degree/diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in within the banking or financial services industry
- Formal Credit Training completed
