Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Content Coordinator 5 to manage web content production and quality assurance. The role involves authoring, publishing, and updating content using Contentful and other CMS platforms to support website launches and product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish webpages in the Contentful CMS
- Build pages from approved templates and reusable components
- Incorporate copy updates and asset uploads/mapping
- Create rest-of-world (ROW) market pages and manage localization file hand-off/hand-back
- QA each page for accuracy, links, assets, and rendering, then publish to support launch timelines
- Coordinate work with content ops, front-end dev, design, and program management
- Incorporate copy-level SEO and UAT feedback prior to publish
Skills
- 10 years of experience with Contentful CMS authoring & publishing
- 10 years of experience with component/template-based page building in a design-system environment (e.g., Storybook)
- 10 years of experience with web content QA & publishing (link/asset validation, cross-browser/rendering checks, pre-publish review)
- Create, edit, and publish webpages in the Contentful CMS
- Build pages from approved templates and reusable components
- Incorporate copy updates and asset uploads/mapping
- Create rest-of-world (ROW) market pages and manage localization file hand-off/hand-back
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience with localization workflows and multi-market page creation
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO and accessibility standards
- Marketing or agency web-production background
