Responsibilities
- Help improve the integration of our business systems, including HubSpot, Productive, and Google Workspace
- Research, test, and implement AI tools and low-code solutions that improve team productivity
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Document workflows and recommend operational improvements
- Support special projects focused on helping the business scale more effectively
- Collaborate with leadership to define objectives and align on direction while serving as the primary owner responsible for implementation, execution, and driving initiatives through completion
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and business operations
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms
- Comfortable learning and working with low-code tools and business software
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
