Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound phone support to careerzynith members, addressing inquiries related to contracts, coverage changes, eligibility, claims, provider networks, and careerzynith programs.
- Research, process, and resolve member issues promptly, documenting each interaction accurately in careerzynith’s CRM and case‑management systems.
- Maintain a high volume of calls while meeting quality, quantity, and timeliness standards set by the department.

Essential Qualifications
