Position Overview

The Remote Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith serves as a vital point of contact for members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefits, prescription status inquiries, and healthcare-related questions. Working from a dedicated home office, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide members through complex benefit information, and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

This role operates on a schedule of 35–40 hours per week, Sunday through Sunday, with the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during typical business hours of 5:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. Standard training runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST for 4–5 weeks, and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
