Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high‑volume pipeline of SBA loan applications, tracking status, following up with clients, and ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies and SBA regulations.
- Provide expert assistance to both internal and external customers on account management, transaction processing, documentation, and specialized support related to SBA lending.
