Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Call Center Representatives to support our Service Business Development Center (BDC). In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, information, and support for their automotive needs. Working from a state-of-the-art remote workstation, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with appointment scheduling, collaborate with Service Managers, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards that careerzynith is known for.

Important Note: Due to operational and regulatory requirements, only residents of Texas will be considered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be available to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
