Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing & Reconciliation: Execute daily electronic fund transfers, ACH files, and wire payments; reconcile general‑ledger entries and ensure accurate posting of all financial activity.
- Customer & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries, return items, and transaction discrepancies.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and enforce compliance with NACHA rules, Federal Reserve regulations, and other applicable banking statutes, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Document Management: Maintain meticulous records of all transaction logs, audit trails, and supporting documentation to satisfy internal controls and external audit requirements.

Essential Qualifications
