Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, 100% remote Customer Service Representative to join careerzynith’s dynamic Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students, alumni, and partner institutions, delivering best‑in‑class support across multiple communication channels. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts, helping customers understand and manage their educational loan obligations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

This position is open to candidates residing in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, South Carolina, or Virginia who have reliable high‑speed internet access and a passion for helping others succeed.
