Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as a vital link between patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and our internal pharmacy teams. Based remotely within New Jersey and within 75 miles of our Fairfield Specialty location (180 Passaic Ave, Fairfield, NJ 07004), you will provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy.

Your role will be instrumental in coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and refills, verifying benefits, entering prescription information, and ensuring that every patient receives the medications they need in a timely and compassionate manner.
