As a Consultant, Global Equity within careerzynith’s Equity Services team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of our equity‑based compensation programs. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
- Process the issuance, release, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option matching ratio awards with precision and speed.
- Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, releases, and plan adjustments—to ensure accurate and timely accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
- Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process, including plan enrollment, participant communication, and documentation maintenance.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, audit readiness, and strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.

Essential Qualifications
