This fully remote position is responsible for end‑to‑end processing of trade, transfer, and corporate activity transactions for alternative investment products. You will act as a liaison between careerzynith’s clearing operations, fund administrators, transfer agents, and external partners, ensuring that every transaction is accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported. Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Reconciliation: Review, investigate, and resolve trade and transfer breaks between careerzynith and fund administrators, ensuring all discrepancies are corrected within service level agreements.
- Corporate Actions Processing: Accurately enter and reconcile corporate activity events such as dividends, splits, mergers, and spin‑offs, maintaining precise client account balances.
- Regulatory Compliance: Apply governing rules (e.g., Rule 2340, Rule 15C3‑3) to all transaction processing, guaranteeing that all activities meet industry standards and internal policies.
