CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Digital Health Product Manager II to support the development and enhancement of digital healthcare experiences for Medicare Advantage members. This role involves owning the product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital product strategy and roadmap for Medicare Advantage member experiences
- Partner with business, clinical, compliance, marketing, design, and engineering teams to define and deliver product enhancements
- Gather stakeholder feedback and translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize product features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Lead Agile product development activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap communication
- Monitor customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving engagement and user experience
- Define product success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Conduct and evaluate A/B testing to optimize digital experiences
- Stay current on Medicare Advantage regulations, healthcare trends, and competitive digital offerings
Skills
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products
- Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, health plans, or Medicare-focused healthcare products strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and align priorities across business, clinical, compliance, marketing, and technology teams
- Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, APIs, and data-driven product development
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Public Health, Program Development, or a related field is preferred
- Digital healthcare or health plan product management
- Building customer engagement solutions for older adult or Medicare populations
- Experience balancing regulatory requirements with customer experience initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams
