Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MedBoard is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Lead to manage their digital activities and communications. The role involves driving the growth of their SaaS platform through effective marketing strategies, campaign management, and customer relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Create, deliver and analyse social media campaigns
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities
- Create social media graphics that are visually appealing and align
- Contribute to marketing strategy with a focus on digital
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to engage and nurture database contacts using marketing automation platforms including Account Engagement
- Responsible for managing the corporate website on WordPress. This includes adding new content, website functionality checks, refreshing webpage content, on-page keyword optimisation and back-linking for improved navigation
- Developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve MedBoard’s online ranking, authority and visibility and to drive organic traffic
- Deliver various digital assets as required across the business -graphic design, photography (or editing), video editing, document/presentation templating and formatting
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through different methods, and recommendations from existing customers
- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships and yield
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services
- Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data
- Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences
Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- Strong leadership and track record selling SaaS or sales experience
- Create, deliver and analyse social media campaigns
