Vaco by Highspring is a consumer-focused technology and services company seeking a Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy to drive financial planning and strategic decision-making. This leadership role involves collaborating with executive leadership and supporting the company's growth through financial insights and planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Monitor business performance against financial targets and provide reporting and insights to leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, operational improvements, and growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to improve financial reporting and planning processes
- Manage and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and reporting capabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team while ensuring high-quality deliverables and execution
- Drive process improvements and support key corporate initiatives related to growth and business readiness
Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
- Significant experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Experience supporting executive leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across a complex organization
- Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and financial systems experience
