Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tawkify is seeking a Director of Growth & Optimization to lead their acquisition and lifecycle strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing customer touchpoints and driving conversion through data-driven strategies while mentoring the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and managing a small team.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the funnel
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all landing pages and high-touch digital touchpoints
- Define the experimentation roadmap and provide strategic oversight for lifecycle flows, ensuring high-intent users are effectively nurtured
- Define and manage funnel metrics, turning insights into action
- Set and manage a structured experimentation roadmap across landing pages, ads, lifecycle flows, and in-product experiences
- Partner with Product and Engineering on product-driven growth opportunities
- Establish a regular cadence of performance reviews, surfacing insights and iterating on strategy
- Manage and grow a small team of growth and lifecycle marketers
- Provide hands-on mentorship to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, establishing a culture of rigorous experimentation, data-driven optimization, and A/B testing best practices
- Act as the primary architect for our experimentation program, designing high-impact tests and coaching team members on how to translate funnel insights into actionable landing page and CRM optimizations
- Collaborate with paid media partners to ensure alignment, while focusing your energy on what happens after the click
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort
- Operate with a test-and-learn mindset while maintaining a strategic foundation
- Ensure go-to-market planning is intentional, measurable, and accountable
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, or growth roles with a heavy emphasis on conversion
- Experience in high-touch, service-oriented industries, DTC subscriptions, or community-based platforms
- Expertise in landing page optimization, A/B testing methodologies, and CRM platforms (e.g., Segment, Braze, or similar)
- Hands-on experience running growth experiments across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Effective collaborator with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategy with execution
- People management experience or readiness to grow into a leadership role
