They are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and growth-focused Director of Revenue Marketing to lead revenue marketing strategies and accelerate pipeline performance in alignment with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategies that align with Businessolver’s vision, growth objectives, and go-to-market plans across new business, client strategy and channel growth
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated demand-generation programs that fuel pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion
- Conduct market and performance analysis to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and refine audience targeting
- Craft compelling revenue-focused messaging that drives engagement, enhances market awareness, and supports sales prioritization
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Business Development and Digital Marketing teams to ensure alignment across pipeline goals, demand strategy, and campaign execution
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure the right tools, content, and training are in place to improve conversion rates and support quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing teams—including content, digital, events, and brand—to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs
- Own pipeline targets in partnership with Sales leadership, ensuring demand programs and ABM strategies deliver measurable results
- Monitor program performance across digital, ABM, events, and partner channels, adjusting strategies based on analytics and field insights
- Maintain a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buying groups, and key decision-making behaviors to continuously refine targeting
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue marketing professionals, fostering growth, strategic thinking, and a test-and-learn mindset
- Encourage innovative approaches to pipeline challenges, championing data-driven experimentation, and continuous performance optimization
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across the Revenue Marketing function
Skills
- 10+ years marketing experience preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- 5+ years' in revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of building programs that generate and influence pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue marketing plans that meet or exceed pipeline, conversion, and ROI goals
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to make decisions, forecast performance, and guide investment, inclusive of budget management
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must bring a collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude to the team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of and experience in benefits and health technology industry preferred
