As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you will execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams to engage customers and support product launches.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Manage automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, and replenishment flows
- Execute customer segmentation to deliver relevant and personalized messaging
- Perform thorough quality assurance before deployment, including proofreading, link testing, rendering checks, and audience validation
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization through reporting and A/B testing
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, E-Commerce, Analytics, and Paid Media teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and marketing processes while supporting continuous improvement
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Maestra, Bloomreach, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or sporting goods
