They are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support field, vendor, and operations teams by building and delivering onboarding, training, content, and tools that enhance team performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs in partnership with leadership
- Deliver onboarding and training programs for market managers, associates, and field sales teams across global Services
- Create and maintain educational content and program materials, including eLearning, guides, worksheets, videos, and playbooks
- Support communication, documentation, feedback loops, and ongoing enablement strategy across cross-functional teams
Skills
- Minimum 5 years in an enablement role with success managing complex projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to partner effectively in a cross-functional environment and lead through collaboration
- Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple teams
- Strong design skills with creative technical ability to leverage AI-powered enablement to create and curate compelling, accessible content and drive innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
- Experience onboarding new team members and supporting ongoing learning and development
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Gong, AI LLMs, Articulate, Canva Pro, or Figma
