Philodesign Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI + Integration Engineer to design, customize, and secure enterprise AI development workflows. The role involves leveraging Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, and modern integration technologies to build scalable and intelligent AI solutions for enterprise environments while ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards.
Responsibilities
- Customize Claude Code to support enterprise software engineering workflows
- Design and develop loop-based agentic AI workflows with automated error correction and regression testing
- Build secure AI integrations using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore
- Design secure proxy architectures, including API key management, security guardrails, and load balancing
- Develop cloud-based coding agent workflows and enterprise integration services
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to implement AI-powered solutions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations and enterprise security standards
- Support healthcare integrations, including HL7 ADT message processing
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in AI Engineering, Integration Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience customizing Claude Code
- Expertise in agentic prompting and AI workflow design
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore
- Experience building loop-based AI coding workflows rather than single-turn LLM prompts
- Experience designing secure proxy architectures for enterprise LLM platforms
- Strong knowledge of API key management, security guardrails, and AWS Bedrock endpoint load balancing
- Experience with regression testing and integration testing
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI-compliant data handling practices
- Experience with HL7 ADT message formats
- Recent experience in the healthcare data domain
- Experience with LiteLLM Gateway
- Experience developing cloud-based coding agent workflows
- Background in developer experience (DevEx) engineering
- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, monitoring, and observability
