Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews to assess leadership style, technical expertise, qualifications, reasons for movement, compensation information, and cultural alignment
- Deliver curated shortlists and comprehensive candidate summaries to client stakeholders
- Advise on compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and succession planning strategies
- Source and engage top leadership talent through targeted out reach, referrals, and market mapping
- Leveraging the CRM to track candidate outreach and pipelines
- Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms (e.g., Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn)
- Manage the offer process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relative experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Top Echelon)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience working remotely
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Commission Only Recruiters Preferred
