What You'll Do Day to Day:
• Conduct virtual visits for primary care and family practice patients
• Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Provide patient education, care coordination, and follow-ups
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that has your back
What You'll Need:
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification — AANP or ANCC
• Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license
• Comfortable working independently in a telehealth setting
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills

Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000/year depending on experience
