Responsibilities
- Review real and personal property asset accounts to identify and perform necessary reclassifications
- Analyze and split Asset History/Asset Ledger between real and personal property classifications
- Update the Asset Tax Ledger based on approved asset reviews and classifications
- Assist in documenting Finance department procedures and standard processes
- Support other finance project activities as assigned
Skills
- Fourth-year Accounting major or recent Accounting graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential financial information
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
