Crossing Hurdles is a leading technology lab's generative AI division, and they are seeking a Finance Program Coordinator to support finance-domain training data operations. This role involves coordinating between finance-domain teams and managing workflows to ensure quality and timely delivery of training data.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day coordination between finance-domain rater teams and the broader training data program, closing execution gaps and maintaining delivery against defined quality bars and timelines
- Design, implement, and continuously refine task-tracking, escalation, and quality-check workflows tailored to finance evaluation tasks
- Monitor rater throughput and quality signals across finance-specific workstreams; produce clear, structured written status reports for program leads
- Triage and resolve finance-specific rater inquiries with precision, escalating edge cases and ambiguous scenarios to subject matter experts with appropriate context
- Partner with finance SMEs and program leadership to enforce consistency and accuracy standards across training data deliverables
Skills
- Established background in finance or finance operations, with demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams or multi-workstream projects
- Prior experience managing or overseeing a team of reviewers, analysts, or contributors against deadline and quality requirements
- Traceable career progression through finance roles, reflecting increasing scope and responsibility (e.g., Analyst through Program or Project Coordinator level)
- Strong command of written communication, with an ability to produce clear escalation documentation, status updates, and process guidance under time constraints
- Availability to engage a minimum of 35 hours per week on a consistent weekday schedule
- Familiarity with evaluation, annotation, or data review workflows in a technology or research environment
- Experience building or maintaining operational documentation SOPs, escalation matrices, or rater guidance materials within a finance or data context
