The Financial Adviser Sales Closer will manage warm leads to close sponsorship deals and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage a CRM with warm leads provided by the team — your job is to contact, qualify, and close, not to source
- Close sponsorship deals for Lionchase capital markets events — minimum deal size of $25,000, with larger deals available as events scale
- Build trust and professional relationships with investors, service providers, and deal sponsors — sophisticated buyers who require credibility and command, not scripts
- In select instances, transition event conversations into investment opportunity discussions — closing qualified investors on Lionchase portfolio deal opportunities
- Target $125,000 in closed revenue per week once at full productivity
- Report directly to Ken, President of Lionchase, with ongoing collaboration with the broader team
- Work within a 1–2 week sales cycle — most deals close within two calls maximum
- Closing $125,000+ in sponsorship revenue per week at full productivity
- Building strong, trusted relationships with investors and sponsors who return for future events and deal flow
- Managing a clean, organized CRM pipeline with accurate follow-up and activity tracking
- Converting event relationships into investment conversations when the opportunity presents itself
- Earning significant commission income through consistent, high-level closing performance

- Comfortable working independently in a remote, commission-driven environment
- Experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, financial services, or high-ticket B2B sales is a strong plus
