About the Role Our client, a dynamic hotel management company, is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Operations Specialist to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for providing essential support to various hotel properties, focusing on operational efficiency, guest service quality, and adherence to company standards. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations from a distance. Key Responsibilities Provide remote support to hotel management and staff on operational procedures and best practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned hotel properties and identify areas for improvement. Assist with the implementation of new operational policies and procedures. Respond to and resolve operational issues reported by hotel teams in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate communication between hotel staff and corporate headquarters. Support training initiatives for hotel staff through virtual platforms. Conduct remote audits of operational standards and compliance. Analyze operational data to generate reports and provide insights for management. Assist with guest feedback analysis and suggest service enhancements. Manage online reputation and review responses as needed. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or a related hospitality role. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong understanding of hotel operational software and technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet access is required.
