Reliable Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Professional to provide administrative support across various HR functions. This role supports recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and employee records management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to one or more HR functions including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, EEO, and employee records
- Process HR department applications such as employment and enrollment forms
- Maintain attendance and employment records accurately and timely
- Compile statistics and prepare various HR management reports
- Conduct pre-employment screening interviews and check references as needed
- Respond to routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures
Skills
- Ability to work under moderate supervision while gaining or demonstrating full proficiency in HR functions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- 1-3 years of related HR experience
