Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ark Infotech LLC is seeking a Senior HR Systems Administrator with expertise in Dayforce. The role involves managing core HR Information Systems and ensuring compliance and integration across various HR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing core HR Information Systems (HRIS) in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian HCM) — platform configuration, module Administration (Payroll, WFM(Time&Attendance),HR, and the talentsuite), and Dayforce Integration Studio
- Building and maintaining HRIS integrations — including API (REST/SOAP), SFTP/PGP file-based transfers, middleware configuration, and data mapping/field transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor stakeholders
- Ensuring SOX compliance, data security, and privacy controls within HRIS environments; experience owning audit remediation plans
- Operationalizing People&Culture policies across multiple geographies, including acquisition and divestiture support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience managing core HR Information Systems (HRIS) in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Dayforce (Ceridian HCM) — platform configuration, module Administration (Payroll, WFM(Time&Attendance), HR, and the talentsuite), and Dayforce Integration Studio
- Proven expertise building and maintaining HRIS integrations — including API (REST/SOAP), SFTP/PGP file-based transfers, middleware configuration, and data mapping/field transformation
- Experience with the broader HRIS techstack or equivalent enterprise platforms: SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, ADP eTime, ServiceNow/Service Desk +, Absorb/MyLearning, HireRight, Phenom, bSwift, Fidelity, Snowflake, D365, and LinkedIn Learning
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data querying, validation, and transformation; experience with Snowflake or data lake environments is highly preferred
- Proven experience ensuring SOX compliance, data security, and privacy controls within HRIS environments; experience owning audit remediation plans
- Experience with global People & Culture projects and operationalizing People & Culture policies across multiple geographies, including acquisition and divestiture support
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor stakeholders
- Dayforce certification or formal Ceridian/Dayforce HCM training credentials
- Experience with talent acquisition platform integration
- Familiarity with people analytics and engagement survey platforms
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of EEO-1, Vets-4212, or other jurisdictional People & Culture compliance reporting requirements
- Change management experience including stakeholder communications, training delivery, and adoption tracking
