- Source, vet, and negotiate with creators across tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro) with a sharp eye on fit and ROI
- Partner with paid social to identify and contract top-performing creators for whitelisting and partnership ads
- Lead the development of creative brief templates that drive high performing content
- Develop testing frameworks that turn creator content into scaled paid media winners
- Build and nurture an active ambassador community that feels like a real relationship, not a transaction
- Design the creator experience end-to-end: onboarding, communication cadence, exclusive perks, recognition moments, and offboarding
- Host virtual and in-person creator activations (events, product drops, brand immersions) that drive loyalty and word-of-mouth
- Be the human face of Magic Mind to our creator network, available, responsive, and genuinely invested in their growth
- Identify rising creators early and build relationships before they're priced out
- Create rituals and moments (birthdays, milestones, surprise gifting) that turn one-off partners into long-term advocates
- Own the affiliate creator program in partnership with our affiliate platform and paid teams
- Set and optimize commission structures, promo codes, and creator-specific landing pages
- Track creator-level performance (CAC, AOV, LTV, affiliate revenue) and double down on what's working
- Build reporting that connects creator output to business outcomes, not just engagement metrics
- Establish a steady flow of high-quality UGC that fuels paid social, organic, retail, and lifecycle
- Partner with brand and creative teams to brief creators on content that's both on-brand and performance-ready
- Build a content library and rights management process that makes assets easy to find and legally cleared to use
- Own the influencer CRM and affiliate platform
- Build playbooks, SOPs, and contract templates that let the program scale
- Maintain a clean creator database with performance history, contact info, and relationship notes
- Report monthly on program health: spend, output, ROI, community size, sentiment, and pipeline
- Partner with paid social on whitelisting, creative testing, and Partnership Ads
- Partner with lifecycle and retention on creator-led email and SMS content
- Partner with retail and field marketing on creator activations tied to retail launches
- Partner with legal on contracts, FTC compliance, and IP/usage rights
Skills

- Proven track record managing creator partnerships from sourcing through performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with influencer CRM and affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Aspire, GRIN, Impact, AWIN, Rakuten, or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills with comfort talking rates, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity
- Experience with whitelisting and Partnership Ads on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok
- You've built (or been deeply involved in) a creator or customer community and understand what makes one actually work
- You're genuinely energized by relationship-building, not just transactional outreach
- Comfortable hosting virtual events, running group calls, and creating moments that make creators feel seen
- Comfort with data: you can build a creator ROI model, track CAC by tier, and explain why a $500 micro outperformed a $50k macro
- Familiar with affiliate economics, attribution challenges, and the tradeoffs between brand and performance creator strategies
- Experimental by default, you test, learn, and scale
- You build systems. Spreadsheets, SOPs, contract templates, and reporting dashboards are second nature
- Comfortable owning a program end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
- Strong written communication, you'll be the brand voice in hundreds of creator conversations
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
- Ability to overlap with US Central Timezone working hours for at least 6 hours per day
- Mission-driven mindset with genuine passion for helping people unlock their potential
- Thrives in remote, asynchronous work environments with strong communication skills
