National Debt Relief, LLC is a recognized leader in the debt relief industry, seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to assist clients in regaining financial confidence. The role involves consulting with clients about debt relief solutions and providing empathetic support throughout their financial journey.
Responsibilities
- Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
- Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)
- Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines
- Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
- Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities, and
- De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization
- Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace
- Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
