Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blendtec is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by following up on inbound leads, executing outbound sales efforts, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives to qualify opportunities and drive conversions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Attend commercial trade shows and industry events to support booth operations, engage with customers, and generate new leads
- Manage and track sales activities and pipeline within CRM systems
- Support order entry, order confirmation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Assist in lead distribution and assignment to appropriate sales channels or partners
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to build relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
- Collaborate with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to support overall sales strategy
- Provide timely reporting and updates on lead status, pipeline activity, and sales performance
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics or Salesforce) is a plus
