As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent technical support and ensuring swift resolution of IT issues. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac OS.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new systems and applications.
- Maintain and update client documentation and support records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Provide remote support using remote access tools.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Educational Qualifications
