About the Role:
- Build strong relationships with our Warehouse Operations team to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including Windows server, network, and warehouse equipment problems
- Manage tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our end-users
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to enhance business efficiency
- Maintain policies, procedures, and processes to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP issues
- 2+ years of experience with network devices, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking
- Experience with software imaging using SCCM and technical documentation
- Strong client service and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- A+, Network+, or other IT industry standard certifications are a plus
- Scripting skills, specifically with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP, are an asset
