Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brown & Brown is seeking a Junior Operations Assistant/Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The role involves assisting customers with gaining access to carrier platforms and maintaining accurate customer data. Responsibilities include providing customer support, updating information in databases, and contributing to standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Help new customers establish platform credentials with our various partners
- Provide responsive customer support by diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering effective solutions to ensure a positive user experience
- Collect proper documentation and forms to maintain customer files accurately and consistently in accordance with department workflows and procedures. Including Process changes, terminations and transfers between agencies
- Update customer information in our internal databases, on carrier platforms, and carrier partners. Task and pend to ensure timely and accurate processing, follow up as needed
- Contribute or create a standard operation procedure for each process to be shared amongst your team for training and reference
- Provide clear communication and documentation of workflow status. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Pursue a program of personal and professional development
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
