The company is seeking a strategic marketing leader to own the local growth strategy for the Eastern United States, partnering with sales leaders and branch teams to strengthen customer relationships and deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with sales and business objectives
- Drive customer engagement programs, field events, trade shows, supplier initiatives, and branch activations
- Identify market opportunities and implement programs that increase customer acquisition, retention, and share of wallet
- Build and strengthen supplier partnerships while maximizing co-marketing investments
- Partner with branch and sales leaders to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, openings, and market expansion efforts
- Use customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to guide strategy, optimize investments, and measure ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create connected customer experiences across physical and digital channels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years of related experience
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including strategic planning and execution
- Experience in field marketing, regional marketing, channel marketing, customer marketing, or sales support leadership roles
- Strong experience partnering with sales teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in B2B distribution, construction, industrial, manufacturing, building products, safety, tools, or related industries
- Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies and customer engagement programs
- Experience working with supplier partners and co-marketing initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies
