Nvak Collective is a dynamic and innovative label, publisher, artist services, distribution, and management company dedicated to discovering and nurturing emerging talent globally. The Marketing Intern will support marketing efforts across the company's divisions, gaining practical experience in artist development and music marketing.
Responsibilities
- Researching relevant social media trends, content references, visual inspiration, and campaign concepts for Nvak artists
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media and campaign performance
- Assisting with social media posting, scheduling, community management, and artist account organization
- Ensure approved content is posted accurately and according to campaign timelines
- Reviewing photographers, videographers, designers, stylists, editors, and other creative collaborators for artist shoots and campaigns
- Evaluating creative references and collaborators to ensure alignment with each artist’s brand, positioning, and campaign goals
- Assist with developing one-sheets, EPKs, brand guides, mood boards, shoot references, and creative briefs
- Join and contribute to brainstorming sessions for artist positioning, audience development, content strategy, and campaign concepts
- Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of artist marketing and release campaigns
- Supporting the coordination of marketing assets, timelines, deliverables, and campaign next steps
Skills
- Current university student seeking academic credit, or an individual interested in completing the position on a volunteer basis
- Strong interest in music marketing, artist development, social media, digital culture, and the evolving music industry
- Familiarity with platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and other relevant digital platforms
- Strong written communication, research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple artists, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
- Able to receive feedback, follow instructions, and complete assignments accurately and on time
- Proactive, resourceful, curious, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while communicating consistently with the team
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, social media scheduling platforms, or project-management tools is a plus
