The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CMO and Chief Brand Officer to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns aimed at converting audiences into customers, investors, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on both quantitative data and qualitative feedback
- Create and own an ongoing Editorial Calendar that encompasses both shorter-form content such as blog posts and long-form content such as whitepapers
- Proactively pitch ideas for content to leadership
- Build marketing materials such as one-sheets, decks, and guides
- Own key processes within our marketing automation software (Hubspot)
- Manage social media accounts, primary LinkedIn and Twitter
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and tone
- Copy edit externally facing documentation to ensure all external deliverables are grammatically correct
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering on key company milestones such as product launches
Skills
- 2-5 years experience, preferably at a company in the SaaS or consumer technology space
- A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills necessary to draw conclusions from data
- Excellent writing skills. Grammar nerds welcome!
- Proactive and thoughtful communicator
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the company, our customers and our partners
- A good balance between great attention to detail and lack of analysis paralysis
- Highly motivated and able to operate without any hand-holding or micromanagement
- Experience using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Figma, and Miro are a plus
