In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality telehealth services to clients, utilizing your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Key Responsibilities
• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals for mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications
• Valid California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Experience in providing telehealth or remote counseling services is preferred.
