The College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a (Remote) Part-Time Temporary FRPP Fellow.
What You'll Do
Review and analyze legal documents and instruments primarily related to easements in the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United State Department of Agriculture.
Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats.
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic’s activities as to the FRPP program
Work Hours: 10 hours per week
Length of Assignment: Approximately 4.5 Months
J.D. from ABA - accredited law school.
A minimum of five (5) years prior work in real estate office is preferred.
Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word and EXCEL
Proficiency in Google platforms including Google Docs and Zoom

Ability to write effectively
Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines
