Team Overview – API Platform & Developer Experience

The API Platform & Developer Experience team at careerzynith builds the unified GraphQL framework and developer tooling that power the company’s internal and external APIs. From large‑scale production tools used by our content creation studios to the streaming clients that deliver content to millions of devices, our team ensures that developers have a fast, reliable, and extensible platform to build on.

Role Summary – Technical Support Engineer (Remote, Part‑Time)

As a Technical Support Engineer on the API Platform & Developer Experience team, you will be the bridge between careerzynith’s internal product teams and the GraphQL platform. You will provide proactive support, create high‑quality documentation, and develop tooling that reduces support overhead while enhancing developer productivity. This hybrid role blends customer enablement with technical writing and engineering advocacy.
