Bayforce is seeking an experienced Personify Online Community Consultant to support the administration and optimization of their Personify Online Community platform. The consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring proper configuration and integration with the Personify 360 Association Management System while enhancing member engagement.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Personify Online Community platform
- Manage community functionality including discussion forums, user groups, permissions, document libraries, events, and collaboration features
- Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between Personify Online Community and Personify 360 AMS
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, and resolve technical and functional problems
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement platform enhancements that improve member engagement and user experience
- Recommend best practices for community management, governance, and platform optimization
- Document system configurations, processes, workflows, and changes
- Serve as the primary technical and functional resource for all Community platform-related initiatives
- Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and future enhancements as needed
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and configuring Personify Online Community
- Strong knowledge of Personify Online Community integration with Personify 360 AMS
- Experience managing online community platforms, including: Discussion forums, User groups, Permissions and security, Document management, Member collaboration features
- Ability to independently troubleshoot platform configuration and integration issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
