The Lead Platform Operations Expert is responsible for defining the technical roadmap for platform automation and ensuring operational excellence in deploying autonomous reasoning agents.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups
- Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform
- Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering, utilizing AI to predict and prevent system failures
- Design the "Platform Workbench," leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate 60%+ of routine administrative tasks (upgrades, patching, scaling)
- Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements for AI infrastructure
Skills
- Soft Skills: Strategic influence and innovative mindset; highly inquisitive regarding the future of AIOps
- Technical Skills: 8-10 years in IT Operations; Mastery of AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway management
- Education/Experience: 8+ years in platform-level technical leadership
- Certifications: OutSystems Expert; Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture credentials
