The Senior Project Manager will oversee project management, client relations, and ensure successful delivery of services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, actively engaging, addressing concerns, ensuring successful delivery, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional project management, business analyst expertise, and customer service throughout service engagements
- Provide oversight, leadership, and management of all administrative functions on all assigned projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Manage best practices on behalf of PMO within project scope
- Manage project documentation and customer communications
- Demonstrate exceptional project management of over 4 consecutive projects and one program-level project
- Demonstrate mastery understanding of OCM best practices and lead OCM functions within projects
- Oversee and manage best practices on behalf of PMO
- Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired: ONE (1) CSA or CAD, FIVE (5) Micro Certifications, ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
