They are seeking an exceptional principal-level AI technical leader who enjoys working directly with clients, leading technical discussions, shaping solution strategy, and helping organizations solve meaningful business problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients
- Understand business objectives and technical challenges
- Lead technical and business discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Translate business goals into practical engineering strategies
- Guide solution architecture and technical direction
- Present recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineering teams
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Support the successful acquisition of new engineering engagements
Skills
- Strong background in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering, system design, and engineering best practices
- Relatively recent hands-on engineering experience with a strong understanding of modern AI and software engineering practices
- Experience with Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, Full-Stack Engineering, System Architecture, or Cloud technologies
- Experience leading technical and business discussions with clients or stakeholders
- Experience leading technical discovery, solution design, or architecture discussions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Native or bilingual English
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
- Patents, published technical work, or recognized engineering contributions
- Professional certifications in AI, Data, Software, Cloud, or related engineering disciplines
- Experience speaking at technical conferences or contributing to open-source projects
