Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is representing a global consumer brand seeking a Product Launch & PIM Product Owner. This role is responsible for owning the Product Information Management ecosystem and driving scalable global product launches while ensuring product data accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal product launch planning and ensure product data readiness across cross-functional teams
- Own product data QA processes, validation rules, workflows, and launch checkpoints within the PIM platform
- Manage ongoing product updates, corrections, and enhancements after launch
- Serve as the primary business owner for the PIM platform, defining product vision, roadmap, and enhancement priorities
- Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical requirements
- Partner with Technology and IT teams to prioritize the product backlog and deliver continuous platform improvements
- Establish governance, data standards, and best practices for product information management
- Drive adoption of new processes through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead cross-functional communication, launch readiness reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Commerce, Go-to-Market Operations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or product launch processes
- Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
- Strong understanding of product data governance and digital product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable workflows
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PLM systems, DAM platforms, and Jira
