Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AgencyQ is excited to hire a Project Manager for our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and enthusiastic about digital projects, responsible for managing web projects from inception to completion while ensuring client satisfaction and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for scoping web projects, communicating with relevant internal teams and clients, and managing these projects from inception through completion
- Monitors, enforces, and updates all workflow, timelines, and deadlines
- Evaluates capital expenditures & revenue potential
- Create Change Orders
- Manage assigned projects to achieve set profit margins and budget parameters
- Advocate for the best interests and needs of the client internally
- Provides leadership to the project teams and develop client documentation
- Quality control of completed work
- Collaborate with both external and internal team members & stakeholders
- Responsible for hosting regularly scheduled client meetings
- Create and maintaining projects in both JIRA and Mavenlink
- Produce client project status reports and monthly invoicing
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, SOWs and internal reports
- Resourcing for sales so delivery can be available to complete quotes
- Represent the Project Management team in sales presentations
- Identify opportunities for client growth and long-term engagement
Skills
- 3-5 years of prior project experience managing websites or builds
- Experience in managing web projects, as the sole lead, with budgets more than $100,000
- Comprehensive understanding of project financials (resources, time, budgets, EV, BAC, etc.)
- Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink, or comparable project management tools
- This position requires either Permanent Residency or US Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Experience working in an agile environment, CSM a plus
- Experienced with Kentico, Sitecore, Drupal, and/or WordPress a plus
- PMP and/or other project related certifications
