The Project Manager will lead software implementation projects, serving as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables from kickoff through go-live and transition to customer success teams
- Build trusted relationships with customers and become a strategic partner throughout the implementation process
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and technical requirements
- Lead customer-facing meetings including project kickoffs, status reviews, solution planning discussions, executive updates, and go-live readiness reviews
- Guide customers through organizational and workflow changes needed for successful adoption of Lunit solutions
- Coordinate activities across customer teams and internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Technical Services, Product, and Sales
- Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer readiness concerns early, proactively developing mitigation and resolution plans
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and implementation progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Leverage project management and reporting tools to provide visibility, drive accountability, and support data-driven decisions
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the implementation organization
- Maintain a strong focus on customer outcomes, balancing speed, quality, and long-term success
Skills
- PMP certification required
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing software implementation or SaaS deployment projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the bigger picture
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving customer needs
- Experience in healthcare IT, clinical software, or medical imaging environments
- Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, HIPAA, or other healthcare technology standards
- Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management platforms
